For reservation confirmations travelers shall provide their personal data:
Name, Surname, country, phone, email and a valid credit card for reservation
Guarantee purpose. It is necessary inform us the number of guest to get the rate.
Children under 2 years old can stay free of charge only if staying in cots (Under Request). Rest of children in beds will be considers as adults.
All personal data given to Apartamentos Jerez will be only for internal purposes, we absolutely guarantee clients confidentiality. No personal data will be given to third parties.
- Flexible rate: With this rate, travellers may cancel their reservation free of charge if reservation complies with the cancelation policy depending of the reserved season (Please Read Below).
- Non cancelable rate: Modifications or refunds of the reservations are not admitted.
Cancelations (for flexible rates)
Any cancelation or modification of the reservation must be informed by email at: email@example.com
- Standard season: Cancelation is free of cost if traveler cancels the reservation before 4 days prior to arrival day. Otherwise 100% of first night will be charged.
If cancelation is made on arrival same day or does not show, 100% of total stay will be charged in the credit card given during the reservation process.
- Special events in Jerez: Feria de Jerez, MotoGP, Flamenco Festival, Easter Holidays and July and August, cancelation is free of charge if traveler modify or cancel the reservation 30 days before of arrival day, otherwise the 100% of the full stay will be charged in the credit card given during the reservation process.
Payment depends on selected rate:
For flexible rates payment has to be made during check-in in the Hotel. Once after contract signature Apartamentos Jerez will provide traveller with keys and provide the apartment for the reserved days. Apartamentos Jerez will pre-authorize every credit card for guarantee purposes.
For Non-refundable rates payment to be done once after reservations receipt. Payment will be done on the credit card given during reservation process.
Attendance time Schedule:
Personal Attendance is disposal from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 20:00.
It is absolutely important traveller confirm by email estimated time of arrival.
Check-in has to be made from 16:00 h. to 20:00 h.
In case it is impossible arrival within check-in time please confirm by email to so we can send information about “auto check-in boxes” in the main front door.
Check-out has to be made before 12:00h. Otherwise the amount of 10 Euros per hour delay will be charge on traveller credit card to cover cleaning and reception costs.
The Apartments to be delivered fully clean. The apartment has to be returned in the same cleaning condition. All the kitchen tools (spoon, pots, forks, glass, pans, etc) has to be absolutely clean before check-out. Otherwise 25 Euros cost has to be assumed by client, as “kitchen cleaning” concept: Charge to be made in the credit card.
Full cleaning service (Except kitchen) will be offered free of charge after 7 nights stay, including change of bed sheets, fully clean of bathroom, etc.
It is strictly forbidden hosting more persons than contracted. In case of extra person detection client has to assume the amount of 50 Euros per night for the total nights of the reservation. This amount to be charged in client credit card.
Every apartment is supplied with one air condition machine and heater and Hair Dryer.
There are blankets, kettle, pillows, etc in the reception (during reception hours)
Pets are not permitted inside the apartments.
It is strictly prohibited smoking inside the apartments. In case of smoke detection or stub in the trash-bin, penalty of 200Euros to be charge on the client credit card for damages compensation.
It is admitted to smoke in the Patios and open areas.
