1. All guests must present valid identification upon arrival (ID card, passport or driving license). Minors over 14 years of age must be registered, in accordance with Spanish law.
2. Before admission, guests will receive an admission form that must be signed, including guest details, stay dates and price.
3. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out must be completed before 12:00. Early check-in may be allowed if the apartment is ready. During periods of high occupancy, access may be delayed up to 2 hours. Late check-out without prior authorization is not permitted.
4. The establishment may require a payment guarantee (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) for the total reservation amount or additional services.
5. A safe is available at reception. The establishment is not responsible for valuables not deposited in the safe.
6. A free laundry service is available in the common area on the second floor, with a shared drying area.
7. Guests must respect the internal rules, the agreed departure date, the facilities, the surroundings, and the rest and silence of other guests.
8. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, except where permitted by law.
9. Parties, celebrations, or bachelor/bachelorette events are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and possible police intervention.
10. Visits inside the apartments are not allowed without prior authorization. Visitors may only remain in common areas and must be registered. Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
11. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs for visually impaired guests.
12. Hanging clothes from windows, balconies or common areas is prohibited. Each apartment is equipped with a portable drying rack and access to shared laundry facilities.
13. The use of electrical or gas appliances is prohibited, except for personal hygiene devices and similar small electronics.
14. In accordance with public establishment regulations, access may be denied to individuals who are underage, violent, intoxicated, carrying weapons, lacking proper hygiene, exceeding capacity, causing damage or generating noise complaints. Any unreported increase in the number of guests will incur a charge of €50 per person per night.
15. Guests who violate the rules may be required to pay all costs incurred up to their removal from the property.
16. The establishment reserves the right to request police assistance to remove any person misusing the facilities or violating these rules.
17. Cleaning and linen change are carried out once every 7 days. Additional services are available at extra cost. Standard cleaning hours are from 10:00 to 13:00. Towels are for personal hygiene only; misuse may result in replacement charges.
18. If contracted, room service operates from 10:00 to 13:00 and includes bed making, towel replacement, toilet paper restocking and trash removal.
19. Guests must dispose of trash daily unless room service is contracted. The establishment is not responsible for insects caused by food left inside the apartments.
20. The electrical power limit per apartment is 3.0 kW (220 V, max. 2,500 W). The electric water heater consumes approximately 1,500 W.
1. Use of the garage is subject to availability and payment of the corresponding fee.
2. Vehicles must be parked within a single marked space, without crossing lines.
- Keep your luggage supervised and apartment doors locked at all times.
- Store luggage properly when not in use.
- Report any suspicious activity to management.
- Identification requests are for your safety.
- Do not disclose the establishment’s name or your plans to strangers.
- Report any damage or irregularities immediately.
- Respect quiet hours, especially at night and during siesta time.
- Use facilities responsibly and respect common areas.
- Participate in emergency drills if required.
- Personal data may be used for administrative or commercial purposes and may be corrected or deleted upon request in accordance with data protection laws.
