RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: To confirm reservations the traveler must provide personal data: first name, last name, email, contact phone number and a valid credit card that acts as a guarantee for the reservation. The reservation must indicate the number of people who will stay in the apartment. The data provided will only be used for internal use (reservation management), guaranteeing confidentiality. Your data will not be given to third parties nor used for commercial purposes except in cases dictated by law. Children under 4 years old stay for free in cots (upon request).
RATES:
- Non-refundable rates (10% discount): Do not admit changes or refunds. The payment for the stay will be charged immediately after receiving the reservation.
- Standard Flexible Rates: They can be cancelled or modified at no cost up to 4 days before the arrival date.
- Special Flexible Rates: (Jerez Fair, Motorcycle World Championship, flamenco festival, Inmaculada holiday, Holy Week and all of August): They can be cancelled or modified at no cost up to 30 days before the arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS:
- Non-refundable rates (10% discount): No changes, modifications, cancellations or refunds are permitted.
- Standard Flexible Season: You can cancel for free until 00:00 on the fifth (5th) day before your reservation arrival date. If you cancel or modify after this moment, 100% of the total reservation will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process.
- Special Flexible Seasons: Jerez Fair, Motorcycle World Championship, Jerez flamenco festival, Inmaculada holiday (December), Holy Week and all of August. Cancellation or modification is free up to 30 days before arrival. Outside this period cancellations, changes or refunds are not permitted. Once this date has passed, the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided during the reservation process without accepting changes, refunds or reimbursements under any circumstances.
PAYMENTS:
- Non-refundable rates: payment will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Standard Flexible Season rates: payment will be charged four days before the date of arrival to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Special Flexible Season rates: payment will be charged 30 days before the date of arrival to the credit card provided at booking. No changes, refunds or modifications are permitted.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in will be done each day from 15:00. It is essential that you notify us in advance of your estimated time of arrival in order to send you access instructions. Check-out must in any case be completed before 12:00. Any delay in departure will incur an extra cost.
CLEANING:
The apartments are delivered completely clean and ready for use. Due to tourist apartment regulations, **NO** room service is provided. As courtesy from the house, one free cleaning service will be offered every 7 days with a full linen change. Apartments must be returned in the best state of order and cleanliness.
RESTRICTIONS:
It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartments; in case of detection of tobacco or smoke residue, €200 will be charged to the credit card provided during booking. Smoking is permitted in patios and terraces.
It is strictly forbidden to accommodate more people than those contracted or agreed in the admission process. Access by “non-registered” visitors at reception is also not permitted. Each additional person detected will incur an additional cost of €50 per night for all days of the reservation.
Silence must be maintained and quiet hours respected between 23:00 and 09:00, facilitating coexistence with other guests.
No pets or companion animals are allowed in the apartments (except guide dogs for people with reduced vision).
Violent or aggressive behavior, being under the influence of drugs, noisy voices, loud noises, carrying weapons or tools that could injure people in the establishment are not permitted.
